The painting looked very different a couple of years ago, but in 2024 I’ve had a phase where I’ve painted over a lot of old works that didn’t resonate with me anymore. I’ve changed a bit over 2021-2023 having two kids, and I felt like I needed a fresh start after maternity leaves.

Rusty red, orange and pink colors with great contrast of black and white. Strong shapes and movement and interesting structure details details with layers and texture. Edges are painted white.
