Built over years, not days, this painting holds layer after layer of decisions, changes, and quiet persistence. Some parts were covered, others fought their way back up. What you see now is the result of that tension: depth that doesn’t feel forced, just earned.
Turquoise moves through the surface with a kind of ease, while rusty red grounds it, adds weight, keeps it from drifting off. Smooth areas sit right next to rougher textures, so your eye never quite settles and that’s the point.
You might see a landscape. Or a skyline. Or nothing specific at all. It’s not here to tell you what to see, just to give you enough to stay with it a little longer.
Works especially well in spaces that need energy without chaos. There’s a lot going on, but it knows how to hold itself together.

Small and medium original paintings will be shipped in bubble wrap and cardboard box ready-to-hang.
Large artwork might need to be shipped as canvas rolled in a shipping tube for extra safety. You will then take the tube for your local framer and decide if you like it stretched with or without additional outside frames.
All paintings are signed and titled on the back of the painting with year and place of creation.

Originals: Please allow 2-5 business days for me to prepare and package your painting for safe shipping.
International Shipping: Small-medium sized paintings will be carefully packed in bubble wrap and cardboard box. Large paintings (over 100cm or 40 inch) will typically be rolled into a shipping tube for safe travel. I will asses which is the best way in each situation. Ask for other shipping options at hello@lottasiren.com.
Finland: You can pick up your painting from my studio in Siuntio or I will ship your small-medium sized paintings carefully packed in bubble wrap and cardboard box. Returns
Original artwork can be returned in 14 days (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging. Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact me at hello@lottasiren.com. More info at Return and refund policy.
Your artwork will arrive in pristine condition as it is securely and carefully packaged.
In the extremely rare event that your artwork wouldn't arrive in perfect condition, I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.
